Prior to founding HRNow, a
Leadership Development and Coaching Firm in Seattle, Washington, Suzanne had
a successful 20-plus corporate career heading up
human resources, organizational effectiveness and strategy functions in a
variety of industries and size companies. Since founding HRNow in the mid-90’s
she has been committed to building community and learning opportunities for
business leaders. Suzanne’s unique approach has combined a thriving roundtable
business with a coaching practice targeting successful business leaders. While
working strategically with a wide variety of leaders – she currently has over
70 active, corporate clients - Suzanne’s special niches include specifically
working with and coaching human resources and marketing executives.
Suzanne is considered an
authority on emerging people strategies by many. She has received the Best in
America Award, been recognized as Working Woman of the Year by Business and
Professional Women, and has published numerous articles. She has a Bachelors
Degree from the University of Lund, Sweden and a Masters Degree from the
University
of
California
.
Suzanne moved from
Sweden
to the
United States
in the mid-70’s. She lives in the
Pacific Northwest
with her husband Scott, and daughter Linnea.
She finds inspiration in the outdoors and is committed to community service with
her wilderness search and rescue dog.
